While the basic elements of Taiwanese cuisine remain the same, there are many variations. As an example, beef noodle soup can be found everywhere in Taiwan, but the taste varies from place to place. From Gourmet Cusine to Taiwan snacks, you can find almost every kind of cuisine in Taiwan, but it’s always good to know what are you eating and where you can taste the local specialities.
A top ten vegan food destination in the world, Taiwanese delicacies and specialty snacks are some of the highlights that attract visitors. CNN named Taiwan one of the top ten vegan food destinations in the world.
Taiwan is also the place where bubble tea was invented. These days, bubble tea continues to evolve in both taste and texture, but you can still learn how to make the  bubble tea, at the original tea house in Taichung.
