EXPERIENCE – Taichung: Bubble Tea class

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the terms “bubble tea” or “pearl tea” (zhen zhu nai cha), they are derived from the black pearls added in the tea. These black pearls are made from tapioca starch and look exactly like “bubbles”.

Chun Shui Tang (春水堂)  has a really nice mix of traditional and modern art décor. The soft lighting creates a great atmosphere for chatting with friends over some tea and side dishes.  Here you can also take your Bubble tea class.

Classes are not available on weekends or holiday.
Although some English is spoken by the staff, classes are completely in the Chinese language; please let us know if you need an English interpreter to translate the class!
