Day 4: Taichung - Cingjing

Day 5: Cingjing - Hualien

After breakfast, meet your guide and take the road to Hualien. Today you will travel from 3.275 meters directly to the ocean, crossing Taroko Gorge and its majestic beauty: dramatic marble cliffs, deep canyons, and crystal-clear turquoise rivers.
Your guide will make strategic stops at various scenic spots, allowing you to marvel at the sheer grandeur of the gorge, explore its hidden trails, and capture memorable photographs.
As the day draws to a close, you’ll arrive in Hualien, a vibrant city renowned for its natural beauty.

Day 12 : Sun moon Lake - Taichung
Leaving the beautiful Sun Moon Lake behind, you’ll travel to Taichung with your guide, who will provide interesting insights and commentary along the way. On the way to Taichung, you’ll visit the 911 Earthquake Museum, an important historical site that commemorates the devastating 1999 earthquake that struck the region. The museum provides a comprehensive understanding of the earthquake’s impact, the recovery efforts, and the resilience of the local community. The entrance ticket in not included cost is around 50 to 100 TWD.
After your visit to the museum, you’ll check into your accommodation for the night.

Your day in Taichung begins with a bubble tea class at 10:00. Taichung is renowned for being the birthplace of bubble tea, and this hands-on experience will allow you to learn the art of making this popular Taiwanese beverage.
After the class, you’ll enjoy lunch at Chung Sui Tang, a well-known restaurant famous for its invention of the bubble tea. Here, you can savor a range of delectable dishes, including local specialties and refreshing beverages.
In the afternoon, you’ll make your way to the Taichung High-Speed Rail Station, where you’ll board a high-speed train bound for Taipei. ( Taxi not included ).
Upon arriving in Taipei, you’ll check into a 4-star hotel for your overnight stay. With the rest of the day at your leisure, you have the opportunity to explore Taipei’s vibrant night life.

This is your last day in Taiwan! Enjoy a free day in Taipei!
In the morning, you can start your day by visiting Maokong, a beautiful mountainous area known for its tea plantations and stunning views just a step out of the city. To get there, you can take the Maokong Gondola, a scenic cable car ride that offers panoramic vistas of Taipei’s skyline and the surrounding natural landscapes. After your visit to Maokong, you’ll head to the Taipei Zoo, which is conveniently located nearby. The Taipei Zoo is one of the largest zoos in Asia and is renowned for its diverse range of animals and educational exhibits.
In the afternoon, you’ll return to the city center of Taipei to explore its vibrant streets and attractions. Some notable places you may consider visiting include:
Ximending: Explore the bustling streets of Ximending, known as Taipei’s trendy and youthful district. This area offers a variety of shops, entertainment venues, and local street food.
Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall: Pay a visit to the majestic Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a national monument that includes beautiful gardens and an exhibition hall.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Guests canceling at any point up to 31 days prior to this tour’s starting date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will receive a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund;
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure are non-refundable.
- There will be a 100% charge for no-shows.
